Bionexus' has two websites (bionexus.net and dna-sequencing.org). The dna-sequencing.org site is totally broken under Mac OS X with both Safari and Firefox. I suspect that they have forgotten about the dna-sequencing.org site so make sure you use the bionexus.net site. Bionexus prices are quite high, but they do offer of FDA - level service.
