Eton Biosciences offer a pick up service in the local San Diego area. Prices are not the lowest, but they do offer reasonable discounts for academic users. Their most interesting service is a same day service where sequencing samples that are in before 11 am are returned before 6 pm. Worth keeping in mind if your lab is in the area and you need result very fast.
