Common universal primers are provided free.
Other
DNA template and primer should be supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 or in water. Require a PCR product gel picture to check the quantity and quality of PCR fragments before sequencing.

Comments
Laragen offer good prices and turn around times. They also have a free pick-up services for the UCLA, Caltech, USC Health Campus and and Cedars Sinai Hospita plus a drop-off box at UCI. Laragen also provides free pick-up in the Greater Los Angeles area for customer with more than 48 samples. The Laragen site has helpful hints on improving DNA sequencing quality which is nice.
