SEQLAB was spun out of the Göttingen Pediatric University Clinic, the Göttingen Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, and of the Institute for Human Genetics in 1996. SEQLAB are based in Göttingen, Germany.

Comments
SEQLAB offers an interesting sequencing service in their "hot shot" service of only 300 bases. This has quite a bit of potential except for the high prices of SEQLAB's services.
