Comments
The Yale DNA Analysis Facility on Science Hill offer a simple, yet cheap service. The sequencing quality is outstanding and offer LongTrace processing. Yale have recently used LongTrace to generate the world record (to my knowledge) for longest read - over 1307 Q20+ bases from a single read! They are also very friendly and professional to deal with.
