No neither of these items are included in the dLUTE SEQ kits. The reason for this is both contain ethanol and shipping any ethanol containing solution via air is fraught with legal difficulties. We do provide the formula to make up these solutions - they just contain basic molecular biology chemicals which all labs should have.
