T peak everywhere

Recently our ABI-3130xl generates sequence reads with T peak (or AT peak) in each position. Looking back the sequencing data, we observed this problem occasionally before, but more and more samples have the same problem now.

Recently our ABI-3130xl generates sequence reads with T peak (or AT peak) in each position. Looking back the sequencing data, we observed this problem occasionally before, but more and more samples have the same problem now.

Any help to solve the problem is appreciated.

Check your spectral calibration. If it is off then you will get signal cross talk into the T channel. If you send me an example trace I can take a look at and let you know if this is the problem.
