I am trying to do sequencing for the first time in my lab. We normally only run fragment analysis. We are using the Applied Biosystems 50cm capillary. Does anyone have any experience with them. The manual says 100 runs but when we are doing fragment analysis we can usually get about 400 runs with out sacrificing quality.

can i use DNA sequensing kit from USB on ABI 3100 instrument
