ABI 3130 & CEQ 8800 comparison

We are buying our first DNA sequencer, we plan to use for analysis PCR fragments, Viral genomes, VIH genotyping & microsatellites. Please somebody could me advise which is the best machine for us, ABI 3130 or CEQ 8800?
