List of sequencing facilities using LongTrace

On our reviews of DNA sequencing service providers we have started indicating those services that are using LongTrace processing. This list is by no means exhaustive, but we hope you find it helpful if you wish to select a facility offering the best quality reads. The reviews can be found at DNA sequencing facility reviews.

I see that that there are only two facilities on the list at the moment. Is this all that is using LongTrace?

No this is not the only facilities using LongTrace, just those that are happy for us to mention publicly that are using LongTrace. Eight facilities have LongTrace:Box systems installed and around 40 facilities and individuals are using the LongTrace FTP service.

For a product that has only been on the market for a relatively short time from a small Australian company we think this is not too bad, but of course we would like to see more people using it :).
