Can In use qualtrace with longtrace

I have tried your free qualtrace program and I wondered if it is possible to combine it with longtrace? I mean can I use it to screen bad traces out so that I don't need to upload them?

You most certainly can. The traces that QualTrace marks as "bad" are exactly the same traces that are not improved by LongTrace. If you only upload the traces that QualTrace things are "good" then not only will it be quick to upload, but the processing will be quicker too since the server doesn't need to waste time processing traces that won't be improved.
