Does dlute work with amersham machines?

Does the dlute seq work with the megabase machines> What about the amersham sequencing chemistry?

Yes it works fine. We have not tested it as much as with BigDye, but we did test it in the past to make sure that it would work fine.

Hi, we have two Amersham machines. If I use dLUTE SEQ, should I modify the parameters of electrokinetic injection?

Hi Zoltan

No just use your normal injection. Once the sample is cleaned up it is the same as a normal sample.
