We are happy to announce that we have finally released our new base caller, PeakTrace. This has been designed to work with traces from all ABI DNA sequencers, including even old sequencers like ABI 377 and ABI 3700. The quality is comparable or better than that offered by LongTrace so it worth a look.

You can find out more about PeakTrace by visiting the PeakTrace base caller information page and you can try it at the free PeakTrace basecaller page.
