LongTrace DNA Sequencing Service Free Trial
LongTrace is an software system for reprocessing ABI 3730, 3730xl and 3130 trace files to improve overall sequencing read length by up to 30%. This free online version allows you try LongTrace on your own traces. If you have an ABI 377, ABI 310 ABI 3100 or ABI 3700 sequencer then please try our PeakTrace basecaller.
You may upload two ABI traces at once. The ABI files MUST use the .ab1 file extension for the processing to work.
This free version offers the same processing quality as the high volume LongTrace service, however, to ensure reasonable access for all, individual users are limited to processing 10 traces per day. If you wish to process more traces please register for the LongTrace High Volume FTP Service.
