Comments
The core is a state of the art facility and a non-profit academic lab. The user can supply bacterial cell pellet for sequencing (3 day turnaround). A number of convenient sample drop-off points are located within the College for DNA sequencing samples. The NUCLEUS Genomics Facility offers capabilities for next generation sequencing, microarray analysis and quantitative PCR.
