The genomic platform in Nantes is located in the IRS-UN in a research unit (Unité Inserm UMR 1087 / CNRS UMR 6291) in the “Institut du thorax” and is part of the SFR Santé F Bonamy. The platform is connected to Biogenouest, a network of facilities in Brittany and the Pays de la Loire.
