Centre for Molecular Medicine and Therapeutics (CMMT) is part of University of British Columbia, Faculty of Medicine and located at the Child & Family Research Institute (CFRI). The DNA Sequencing Core Facility at CMMT) provides DNA sequencing services to in-site as well as off-site researchers.

Discounted pricing is available if primers are pre-mixed and all samples are standardized. Typical yield of readable sequence is 800 to 900 bp. The core offers both full service sequencing and ready-to-run service. Custom oligo synthesis is available through the IDT. Since 2002, the facility has run over 96,000 of samples for over 165 research groups.
