General Information
The University of Kentucky, Advanced Genetic Technologies Center (AGTC) is a DNA sequencing service center specialized in genetic analysis. The center serves to both on and off campus clients with other facilities devoted to transcriptomics, proteomics, bioinformatics and structural biology.

The center maintains state-of-the-art instruments and provides wide range of services. The center routinely obtains read lengths in the range 800 bp to 1 kb by Sanger sequencing.
