Auto PeakTrace 6 RP offers the same processing control and performance that is available via the standalone PeakTrace:Box systems with the exception of QualTrace III, Trace Reports and TraceTuner basecaller.

Auto PeakTrace RP is an easy to use Windows (XP, Vista, Win7, Win8, Win10) application that allows PeakTrace processing and basecalling via an offsite server.

Remaining processing units available in each RP account are displayed on the Options window and are updated as traces are processed. Users have access to the full Auto PeakTrace basecalling options such as:
- trace file output format
- the generation of accessory files like .seq and .phd.1 or even .poly files
- a wide range of basecalling and sequence trim functions
- trace improving functions like clean baseline and extra normalization.

Flexible Costs
Auto PeakTrace 6 RP is provided on a pay-as-you-go, per-trace-improved basis. Customers can establish an Auto PeakTrace RP account by purchasing a prepaid number of processing unit pack which are available in 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10,000, 20,000 or 50,000 unit levels. There is no additional charge for using the Auto PeakTrace 6 RP software.

The Auto PeakTrace 6 RP software can be installed run on different computers with the same PeakTrace RP account. This allows customers to buy in bulk and share the saving amongst multiple users. PeakTrace RP processing units do not expire and can be bought and used as needed. Short traces of less than 500 bases can be skipped over avoiding the time and cost of processing failed traces or short PCR products.
