We have released Auto PeakTrace 6 RP for both Windows and MacOSX. This update incorporates a number of significant improvements to the data processing and basecalling modules. While most of the improvement are automatically applied via the remote server processing, access to the the two new processing options (clean baseline and extra normalisation) requires installation of the Auto PeakTrace 6 RP client.
