We have modified the free version of LongTrace to output the LongTrace processed trace even when the increase in Q20 bases is less than 25 bases. This is so that you can see how LongTrace improves the trace even if your trace is not improved by 25 bases. We are working on a way of of doing this with the paid ftp based system under user control (ie allow our users to choose between process all traces or only those traces improvable by at least 25 bases).
