If you are using an pre-5.70 version of Auto PeakTrace RP you may have a small issues with the N base threshold not working as expected when set to 0. The best option is of course upgrade to Auto PeakTrace 6 RP, but I have posted a work-around if you don’t wish to upgrade here: Auto PeakTrace RP and the N base threshold
