A bit of belated announcement since PeakTrace 5.05 was released in May. The changes are:
- Linux version of PeakTrace released.
- Improvements to mixed base calling.
- Improved checks for non-IUPAC bases in output files.
- Improved quality score counting of low quality bases in KB basecalled traces.
- Updates to the Help Manual.
