I’m getting problems to sequence yeast DNA (Malassezia). I do the sequencing with forward and reverse primers for ITS region and D1/D2 -28S of ribosomal DNA. But, the sequencing with reverse primers for those 2 regions is not working well. The eletropherograms are too noisy. Only the sequences with forward primers are good. Could you help me to solve this problem?
