General information
Established in 1996, the MWG DNA sequencing services have 22 sequencing staff at Ebersberg (Germany) and High Point (North Carolina, USA). MWG process more than 30,000 individual sequencing samples per month and have a capacity of approximately 6.5 megabases of raw sequencing data per day.
Sequencing Instruments Used
Applied Biosystems 3730xl. MWG have recently acquired a 454 / Roche GS FLX high throughput sequencer.

Comments
No prices are available on the MWG website. They appear to be quite a large service facility claiming over 16,000 customers worldwide. MWG offer quite a comprehensive genome sequencing service and with their recent acquisition of the Roche / 454 pyrosequencing system are worth considering for large scale projects.
