The PeakTrace DNA Basecaller. This basecaller can improve the read length of all ABI DNA sequencing traces (including the ABI 377) by up to 100%.
We have also added a free version of the PeakTrace basecaller to also allow users to trial the PeakTrace basecaller on their own traces.

The LongTrace High Throughput Service. This secure service is designed for large users such as DNA sequencing facilities or genome sequencing projects.
The LongTrace:Box hardware trace processing system. This standalone system allows user to perform LongTrace processing of their ABI 3730, 3100, 3130 or 3700 traces files without the need to upload traces to our server. All processing is performed on the hardware system thus providing total data security.
