CUGI offers vast array of genomic services including library production, clones, whole libraries, DNA sequencing and fingerprinting. CUGI works with several external partners to deliver 454 and Illumina sequencing. CUGI offer a suite of sequence assembly and analysis options and other bioinformatics services. The facility is specialized in any project size from sample input to interpretative analysis.
