The mission of the Molecular Biology Shared Resource Lab is to provide molecular biology products, services and support to Cancer Center investigators and the Dartmouth research community. Their goal is to offer the highest quality products and services possible in the most cost-effective and timely manner.

PCR Products:
- (100-200bp) 5-10ng
- (200-500bp) 10-20ng
- (500-1000bp) 20-30ng
- (1000-2000bp) 30-40ng
- (>2000bp) 40-50ng
Single stranded DNA
- (25-50ng)
Double stranded
- Plamsids (250-500ng)
- Cosmid, BAC (0.5-1. µg)
- Bacterial genomic DNA (2-3µg)
Primers
- 3 to 5 pmoles/reactions
- For genomic DNA 30-50 pmoles/reaction
Common primers T3, Sp6, T7 universal, T7 terminator, M13, M13-40, and M13 reverse available at extra charge.
Other Information
Combine sample template and its primer in a single 1.5 ml tube. Final sample volume should be 20µl. If they are not 20 µl in volume, add Milli-Q water to bring them upto this volume.
