The Scripps Research Institute, which includes a campus in Jupiter, Florida, is head quartered on its La Jolla, California site, just north of the City of San Diego. The Center for Protein and Nucleic Acid Research focus on Sanger DNA sequencing, Edman Protein sequencing, Peptide Array and Library synthesis.

Sanger sequencing price is quite low. The facility promise to provide 30% longer reads than outside competitors. It is interesting to note that PeakTrace improves the read length by 30% or more.
