General Information
Previously known as the Genomics and Proteomics Core Laboratories (GPCL). The GPCL’s were founded within the University of Pittsburgh, Office of Research Health Sciences (OORHS) through an initiative of the Senior Vice Chancellor for the Health Sciences, Dr. Arthur Levine. The laboratories were developed to foster basic biomedical and clinical research by offering cutting-edge and basic technologies in a cost effective and efficient manner.
