General Information
The DNA Sequencing Facility is part of the University of Wisconsin Biotechnology Center. Both Sanger sequencing and next generation sequencing platforms are available, providing inexpensive sequencing of isolated fragments and massively parallel sequencing of random fragments.

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and handles 10,000-15,000 samples/week. Clients may choose from different levels of service depend on their needs. The UWBC DNA Sequencing Facility can work with researchers to carry out services that may not be listed.
