Really only useful if you need very high quality GLP DNA sequencing. Their GLP service offers, quoting from their website "...a three-fold analysis of each strand of the DNA and the use of two different control DNA’s. The control DNA must fulfill acceptance criteria regarding the reading length and the maximum number of ambiguities. The system is additionally tested for its capability to detect a single point mutation. The results from the six-fold analysis of both DNA strands are aligned and manually edited referring to the original gel picture." I guess you can be pretty certain of the sequence after this!
