LongTrace DNA Sequencing Service Free Trial
LongTrace is an software system for reprocessing ABI 3730, 3730xl, 3130 and 3100 trace files to improve sequencing read length by up to 30%. This free online version allows you try LongTrace on your own traces. If you have an ABI 377, ABI 310, ABI 3700 or MegaBACE DNA sequencer then please try our free PeakTrace basecaller. The PeakTrace basecalling software provides a similar improvement in read length, but works on a wider range of DNA sequencers.
You may upload two ABI traces at once. The ABI files MUST use the .ab1 file extension for the processing to work.
This free version offers the same processing quality as the high volume LongTrace service, however, to ensure reasonable access for all, individual users are limited to processing 10 traces per day. If you wish to process more traces please register for the LongTrace High Volume FTP Service.
