The Yale DNA Analysis Facility on Science Hill offer a high quality, yet very cheap service. The sequencing quality is outstanding and offer PeakTrace and LongTrace processing. Yale have recently used PeakTrace to generate the world record (to my knowledge) for longest read – over 1307 Q20+ bases from a single read! They are also very friendly and professional to deal with. Highly recommended.
