List of sequencing facilities using PeakTrace

On our reviews of DNA sequencing service providers we have started indicating those services that are using PeakTrace processing. I see that that there are only two facilities on the list at the moment. Is this all that is using LongTrace?

Hi Andrew

No this is not the only facilities using PeakTrace, just those that are happy for us to mention publicly that are using PeakTrace. The total number of sequencing facilities and companies using PeakTrace is currently more than 50. Unfortunately for us many companies don’t want their competitors to find out about PeakTrace (they want to use it for themselves only) so they don’t let us publicise that they are using PeakTrace.

We are working on updating all the reviews as a lot has happened in the last seven years!

We have continued to update the reviews – another new bunch have been posted over the last few weeks.

The updates are continuing – we have finished all the USA ones, Australian, NZ, most of the European and have make a good start on the Asian facilities. It is certainly a massive job!
